SALARY: $111,350 - $139,400, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

Seeking a fulltime employee to join our team as the Zone Technical Expert, Can Filler and Seamers as a key contributor in the North American Strategy focused on Equipment Process Support. Working as a front-line worker while upskilling and providing process improvement initiatives on the Can Filler and Seamer Packaging Process Equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• North America Zone Technical Expert role supporting the Packaging Can Filler and Seamer equipment and process.
• Primary owner of all Can Filler and Seamer technical training roadmaps, curriculums, and content supporting major upskilling initiatives including the Subject Matter Expert program.
• Provide Technical Training to leadership, equipment operators, and process support technicians.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and benchmarking initiatives.
• Lead zone wide subject matter experts’ routines, networking, and best practice implementation.
• Responsible for Can Filler and Seamer Maintenance Overhaul and Recipe Benchmarking.
• Primary Zone Representative for Can Filler and Seamer vendor and material suppliers including escalated support efforts, equipment modifications/improvements, and respective material quality and changes.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 7 years of Manufacturing Process Experience
• Required Can Filler and Seamer equipment technical expertise
• Technical Training Instructor experience preferred
• Experience with process improvement tools and methods preferred
• Adhere to safety and 5S requirements
