SALARY: $51,500 up to $19,368 in impact pay

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are in search of Sales Representatives who are enthusiastic about developing Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, and Kona Big Wave. This position will involve growing distribution, promoting, and raising awareness around Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, and Kona Big Wave in retail stores and bars.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, and Kona Big Wave at events, retail promotions, and on-premise activations
• Engage with consumers around local passion points including Active Lifestyle, Volleyball, and Soccer while educating them about the Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, and Kona Big Wave Brand
• Develop and foster relationships with key accounts to improve Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, and Kona Big Wave’s visibility
• Visit on-premise non-buys to open new accounts with Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, and Kona Big Wave
• Own brand execution at retail in focus areas
• Build positive brand experiences in the market under brand guidelines through education and trade support
  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in promotional marketing, hospitality, or events is a plus
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
