Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Ensure all items are sanitized and stored properly to maintain health standards.
- Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and setup when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service.
- Follow safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with catering or banquet setups by providing cleanware and supporting event needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, or culinary tasks is a plus.
- Experience with food handling, cleaning, or sanitation in hospitality settings is advantageous.
