Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and staff
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by recommending popular dishes, drinks, or specials.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation.
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals while adhering to cash handling procedures.
