What you’ll handle
- Own routine inspections and preventive maintenance across critical equipment and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to minimize downtime.
- Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergency calls with a safety-first mindset.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed.
- Support operations by assisting with equipment setup and teardown for events and production needs.
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance reliability, streamline processes, and improve safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or a related degree preferred.
- Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable industrial role.
- Background in high pressure die casting preferred.
- Experience with CNC machinery preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
