REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous barista experience.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and take accurate orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee & tea
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to company standards.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Assist with food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation area.
- Collaborate with the team for smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
