This role requires a proactive approach to intensive cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and well-maintained.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment usage.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and industrial cleaning techniques.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
