Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment needed for construction activities
- Support skilled workers by carrying tools, mixing materials, and performing basic tasks under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic construction equipment as trained and authorized
- Help with excavation, grading, and foundation work as directed by supervisors
- Conduct routine inspections of the worksite to identify hazards or issues needing attention
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
