AngleZ Behavioral Health Services is very excited to hire for a Daily Living Skills Supervisor to support us in opening a Dailly Living Skills program at our agency!
The Daily Living Skills Supervisor is responsible for the management of the operations of the program including the management of staff and the members care according. Responsibilities include the following:
- Responding to DLS referrals according to the timeframes set forth by MBM and OBH requirements.
- Working with clinical staff to determine if the referral meets clinical criteria. And submission of the prior authorization information to the utilization team.
- Assessment of the client needs upon open and utilizing the assessment to develop a client centered treatment plan that identifies the frequency and duration of need.
- Clearly documenting for the utilization team, the information needed to submit authorization for requested units through the managed care system.
- Coordinate with the Human Resource Director through the hiring process in the geographic location for the MHRT/1 staff needed to fulfil the members’ treatment plan needs.
- Monitor on a quarterly basis the effectiveness and plan progress for continues authorization of care.
- Coordinate with the members support team to enhance effectiveness of the services
- Provide administrative guidance and treatment training to the staff assigned to the DLS Supervisors Team, while ensuring staffing needs are appropriate and available.
- The DLS supervisor will participate in the HR functions as it relates to the oversight of direct care staff, including job performance reviews and addressing concerns with performance.
- Attend and lead with the clinical supervisor meetings monthly to review cases and ensure quality services are being performed.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
