What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Marine Technician position at Angler's Choice Marine?
Anglers Choice Marine is seeking a certified and experienced marine technician to join our team in Lexington, NC. Training will not be provided. We want someone who can hit the ground running. Experience should include one or all of the following - Mercury, Navico/Lowrance, Minn Kota, Yamaha, Humminbird etc. A portion of pay will be earned through flat rate. If you are efficient, you will be rewarded very well.

Job Responsibilities:
Install trolling motors, fish finders, lights, and other boat accessories
Engine service and maintenance
Routine inspections and maintenance on boat, motor, and trailer components
Diagnosing, trouble shooting and testing
Keeping shop clean
Continuously expanding your knowledge with classes
Use a computer to utilize factory software to send service details to service advisors
Perform on the water tests for diagnosis of consumer's complaint and verification of repair
Report to service manager
OTHER DUTIES GIVEN BY GM AND SERVICE MANAGER - this could mean anything from taking boats to the lake, cleaning parking lot, discussing things with customer. We want a person with a positive attitude, willing to take on work. You will get rewarded for this in the long run.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
