Role Description
The Media Specialist serves as the performance marketing expert within the Customer Success organization. This US-based role partners closely with the Head of Customer Success, Customer Success Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist and Business Development Team to guide clients through setup, testing, and optimization phases. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our marketing clients — analyzing performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending best practices for campaign configuration and predictive data use. This is a client-facing position that blends media strategy, data-driven analysis, and hands-on troubleshooting to ensure customer setup is optimal for delivering measurable lift using Angler AI.
Qualifications
- Mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (3 years)
- Client management experience with proven retention track record (2 years)
- Strong understanding of attribution, pixel/CAPI integrations, and data-driven optimization
- Must have previous experience QAing signal health and setup within Events Manager
- Analytical mindset — confident interpreting data, building reports, and communicating performance insights.
- Comfort working in a startup or high-growth environment — adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
- Mastery of Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI
