This role will have visibility across the organization, supporting leadership in managing financial performance and capital planning.
Role Summary:
We are looking for an analytical and strategic finance professional to help lead FP&A functions while incorporating key treasury responsibilities. The ideal candidate has experience in financial modeling, forecasting, capital planning, and cash management, with a background in investment banking, Big 4, private equity, or corporate finance. Experience in healthcare, insurance, or startups is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the company’s financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain a weekly cash flow forecast, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
- Support fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing activities, by providing financial models, scenario analyses, and investor materials.
- Assist in capital allocation decisions and maintain financial models for long-term strategic planning.
- Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with operational metrics.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including unit economics, cost management, and growth initiatives.
- Support board reporting, investor relations, and executive presentations.
- Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to enhance financial planning and capital strategy.
- 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital markets.
- Experience assisting with equity and debt fundraising, including modeling for investor presentations.
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel; experience with FP&A software is a plus.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to present financial insights to leadership.
- CPA, CFA, or relevant financial designation preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or high-growth startups is a plus.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities. The salary range for this job opportunity is $190,000 to $210,000 per year, which is the amount Angle Health anticipates paying for this position at the time of this job posting. The actual base salary offered may differ and will depend on various factors such as geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as internal equity.
