What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Provider position at ANGIES OWLS LEARNING CENTER?

SEEKING ONLY CANDIDATES WITH DAYCARE EXPERIENCE 1 OR MORE YEARS
must be fun-loving with kids, be patient, enthusiastic, and energetic, along with overseeing age- appropriate fun activities for children 3yrs -12yrs.
HOURS OF WORK WILL VARY FROM MONDAY -FRIDAY 12:00PM- 6:00PM TO INCLUDE :
THE SUMMER MONTHS, SCHOOL BREAKS, AFTER-SCHOOL CARE WHEN SCHOOLS ARE IN SESSION or AS NEEDED. YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PICKUP SCHOOL CHILDREN AS NEEDED
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1yr experience in a daycare/learning center environment
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
- A Valid TX drivers license
- Able to pick up children after school using company vehicle
- Exceptional patience and ability to remain calm at all times
- Creativity, compassion, and professionalism are a must
- Willing to sing, dance, and “be silly” with the children
- Physically able to perform tasks, including sitting on the floor, bending, kneeling, stooping and standing
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must obtain food handlers card and flu vaccination within 30 days of hire.
- Have reliable transportation
- Other duties as needed
