About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist will serve as part of a team responsible for support for the Sales Originations and Client Success departments with sales technology, tools, and processes. Customer service, collaboration, and ability to learn quickly are hallmarks of this position.

What you’ll do

A paragraph about the goals for this role 

  • Respond to daily questions from Angi employees via Salesforce cases
  • Assist in finalization of monthly sales issues
  • Assist with maintaining Salesforce user structure
  • Point person for sales representatives’ service issues related to tools and processes
  • Create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Communicate between departments to proactively address issues and provide resolutions
  • Work directly with other support staff to learn best practices, and relay that knowledge effectively

Who you are

  • Possession of High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline/ service level sensitivity
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships through strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to use Excel at an above-average level
  • Basic Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Has access to a dedicated remote workspace without interruptions
  • Reliable access to a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
  • Ability to sit or stand for an 8-hour shift viewing a computer monitor
