About Us:
We’re not your typical retail space. Our Rage Room offers customers a safe, controlled environment to blow off steam, smash objects, and have a uniquely fun experience. We combine entertainment, stress relief, and retail into one high-energy environment—and we’re looking for someone who can keep up.
Job Summary
As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of our Rage Room experience. You’ll greet customers, manage bookings, explain safety procedures, handle merchandise sales, and help create a fun, safe, and memorable visit for every guest. Nights and weekends are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and check them in for their sessions
- Explain safety rules, waivers, and equipment usage clearly
- Set up and reset rage rooms between sessions
- Monitor sessions to ensure safety and compliance
- Process payments and manage bookings (in-person and online)
- Sell merchandise and upsell packages or add-ons
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Assist with inventory and restocking items
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-energy situations
- Physically able to lift, move, and clean debris/materials
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must be reliable and punctual
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or fitness environments
- Social media or promotional experience
