Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at Angels Wellness Center in Miami Lakes, FL. This role is responsible for greeting clients, checking them in and out, and ensuring a smooth flow at the front desk. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing incoming messages, and responding to general inquiries. The Receptionist will maintain patient records, handle basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry, and support the team with administrative tasks as needed. The role also involves processing payments, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, and providing professional and courteous customer service to all visitors.
