Work Location and Travel: This is a full-time, on-site position with regular travel to branch offices and client homes’ throughout the state.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime business hours
Pay Range: $38 - $43 per hour
As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll combine clinical expertise with education and collaboration to support patients and caregivers in managing respiratory needs in the home setting. You’ll assess patient needs, help ensure proper respiratory equipment use, and provide hands-on training to staff and caregivers through Trach/Vent and BLS instruction. This position offers a unique blend of direct patient support, clinical education, and interdisciplinary teamwork, allowing you to play a critical role in improving patient outcomes and strengthening clinical knowledge across the organization.

In This Role, You Will
- Provide coordinated care to patients of all age groups.
- Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
- Perform home visits to assess client needs and verify equipment.
- Teach Trach/Vent and BLS classes.
- Update class material as needed to keep up with current issues/modalities.
- Schedule class attendees, provide attendance sheets and class evaluation, and provide feedback to assist scheduling department.
- Provide support, advice, training and recommendations to field staff, office staff and clients as requested.
- Current state of practice CRT or RRT Licensure in good standing
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)
- Driver's License, reliable transportation and valid and current auto liability insurance
- Willing to become BLS Instructor certified (company paid training)
