What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orders Nurse position at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health?
Pay Range: $26 - 28 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This is an on-site position.
The Orders Nurse is responsible for obtaining orders to ensure clients receive ongoing services. This position will follow-up with physician offices to ensure all orders are signed and returned within a timely manner. This position will work to build relationships with our physician offices, as well as communicating effectively with members of the Business Development team to address any pending orders.

Responsibilities
- Obtaining Verbal Orders
- Daily reports: Processing pending orders for physician signatures
- Prioritizing and effectively communicate with Business Development Associate and/or Physician’s office
- Delegating physician’s updates to support team and communicating any changes to the team
- Quality Assurance - chart audits, treatment note audits, etc.
- Licensed Nurse (LPN, LVN, or RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft, EMRs and Excel
