Required:
- Active, unrestricted or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
Schedule & Flexibility
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN
- 8–16 hour shifts available
