Job Title: Part-Time Hybrid Clinical Director (ABA Services)
Position Type: Part-Time, Hybrid (Remote with Monthly Onsite Requirement)
Position Summary
The Part-Time Hybrid Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical oversight, supervision, and quality assurance for ABA services. This role ensures that all patient programs meet clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards, including those outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and ACQ.
The Clinical Director primarily works remotely and is required to be onsite at least twice per month.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight
- Provide clinical direction and oversight for all ABA programs
- Review and approve treatment plans for submission
- Attend required insurance update meetings
- Ensure all programming is individualized, data-driven, and aligned with best practices
- Ensure proper implementation of programming across staff
- Conduct clinical trainings as needed
- Conduct initial assessments for new clients
Supervision & Compliance
- Ensure each patient program receives a minimum of 10% supervision of direct service hours
- Provide direct supervision (in-person and/or remote) to supplement cases falling below required supervision thresholds
- Oversee supervision of direct care staff to ensure compliance with minimum 5% monthly supervision requirements for RBTs
- Monitor treatment fidelity, data collection, and staff performance
Onsite Responsibilities (Monthly Minimum)
- Conduct in-person supervision of staff and patient programs
- Observe service delivery and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Complete fidelity checks and performance evaluations
- Address clinical concerns requiring in-person assessment
Quality Assurance
- Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure progress toward treatment goals
- Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards
- Participate in internal audits and support accreditation processes
Staff Training & Support
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BCBAs, mid-level supervisors, and RBTs
- Support performance improvement plans when needed
- Will acquire certification for Safety Care Trainer and First Aid and CPR
Qualifications
- Current certification as a BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising ABA programs
- Experience with clinical oversight, staff supervision, and program development
- Familiarity with ACQ standards preferred

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
