Angels Neurological Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Neurology Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary neurology practice. This position is available as full-time or part-time and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced neurologists and healthcare professionals in providing high-quality neurological care to adult patients.

Position Summary
The Neurology Nurse Practitioner will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of neurological conditions including headaches, neuropathy, epilepsy, dizziness, movement disorders, memory disorders, stroke follow-up, and other neurological conditions. The NP will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations and follow-up visits
- Obtain and document detailed medical histories and physical examinations
- Develop assessment and treatment plans under established protocols
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
- Manage medication refills and ongoing care coordination
- Collaborate with neurologists, medical assistants, scheduling staff, and referring providers
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- DEA registration preferred
- Neurology experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- EMR experience required
