Angels Neurological Centers is seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of our clinical locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can address day-to-day maintenance needs, respond to issues as they arise, and help ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients and staff.
This is a flexible, as-needed position with hours varying based on facility needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple clinic locations
- Address minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns proactively
- Handle basic carpentry, painting, and patchwork
- Assist with equipment setup, office reconfigurations, and minor installations
- Coordinate with external vendors for larger repairs or specialized services
- Ensure all facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations
- Reliable transportation (travel between clinic sites required)
- Flexible availability for as-needed scheduling
