**Urgent Hire** - This means we are looking for somebody within a week, not somebody who might be able to start 2 months from now.
*BA or above in social work or psychology* *Mandated reporter and CPR certification*
-3 years working with children directly

Other qualified area's of experience: Teachers, Parole, Probation, or Police officers. Experience with children and families is needed.
**Approximately 4-8 hours a week. Hours would be in the evenings (after 4:30 PM weekdays or weekends) .**
Looking for somebody with a good work ethic and a solid moral compass. Our ideal candidate would also be able to deal with emotional situations with a level head and help people in some of the most challenging times in their lives. Lastly to be strong and stand up for children and the elderly when needed.

Most shifts will be nights and weekends, great for a part-time job.

Your premium skills in crisis intervention and conflict management will be critical in navigating challenging situations. With a Bachelor’s degree and CPR certification, you will contribute to the mission of promoting healthy family dynamics and safeguarding children's welfare.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor visitations between children and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Implement crisis intervention techniques as needed to manage conflicts or emotional distress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of visitation sessions and report any concerns to child protective services.
- Utilize motivational interviewing to encourage positive interactions and support family dynamics.
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to promote child welfare and ensure compliance with family law.
