Overview
We are a growing home care agency seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform and document patient assessments accurately and in a timely manner
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to the care team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on proper care and health management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and agency policies
- Provide caregiver education and conduct health assessments
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous clinical or home care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Experience with EHR systems is a plus
Schedule:
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Weekday and/or weekend shifts available
- Opportunity for additional hours
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
