Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, providing mentorship and oversight to promote professional growth and high-quality teaching.
- Oversee classroom operations, ensuring adherence to policies, safety standards, and best practices in child care.
- Substitute for classroom staff as needed.
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Communicate with parents and staff effectivly and in a positive manner.
Experience
- Proven experience in child care administration or a related leadership role within an academic setting.
- Excellent communication skills .
