Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant/Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in the comfort of their own home. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality care while assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the comfort and well-being of those in your care.
Duties
As a Nursing Assistant/Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients, particularly those in memory care or dealing with dementia.
- Assisting with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by nursing staff.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilizing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as required for patient assistance.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in patient care settings such as hospitals or hone environments.
- Familiarity with geriatrics and experience working with the elderly is a plus.
- Knowledge of memory care practices and dementia care techniques.
- Experience in inpatient settings or home community care is highly valued.
- A strong commitment to providing compassionate care and support to all patients.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
