Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry & QC Specialist located in Tampa, FL. The specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and processing clinical trial data into systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency through quality checks, and adhering to established protocols and timelines. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members on data-related tasks and maintaining documentation. The role also involves assisting in administrative duties and providing support for customer service functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Typing and Computer Literacy for accurate and efficient data entry
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in Administrative Assistance to manage documentation and assist with operational tasks
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and correct errors during quality control processes
- High level of organization and time management to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with clinical research or healthcare industry is a plus
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications preferred
