We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations and medical imaging procedures.
- Provide catheterization services and support patients with acute pain management.
- Engage in case management activities to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Participate in family planning discussions and provide relevant resources.
- Document patient information accurately in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in travel nursing is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs assessments and catheterization techniques.
- Knowledge of sonography principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with case management processes and family planning practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations accurately.
