Wholesale Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish/English)

We are a premier wholesale provider specializing in high-quality Quinceañera gowns and accessories. We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Sales Representative to represent our brand, support retail partners, and assist with daily business operations across key fashion districts in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relations & Sales Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email. Assist wholesale buyers with product selection, order placement, and account management.
• On-Site & Field Meetings: Meet with existing and prospective wholesale clients in our local showrooms and retail stores, primarily within the Downtown LA Fashion District and Huntington Park.
• Administrative Operations: Draft and process daily sales invoices, update account records, and participate in quarterly inventory audits.
• Logistics & Delivery Support: Assist with order distribution, including occasional store visits alongside the business owner or making independent local deliveries (mileage and delivery compensation provided).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Languages: Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or wholesale sales (apparel or fashion industry experience is a plus).
• Technical & Core Skills: Strong phone etiquette, clear communication, basic computer proficiency, and quantitative skills for invoicing and inventory tracking.
• Licensing & Travel: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for client visits and local delivery runs.
