What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality body repairs, panel replacement, and refinishing prep.
• Collaborate closely with painters, estimators, and the mechanical team next door at MV Autoworks.
• Maintain consistent standards of fit, finish, and safety.
• Contribute to a team culture that values respect, integrity, and results.

Who You Are

• Skilled, reliable, and takes pride in detail and craftsmanship.
• Team player who brings consistency and positivity to the shop.
• I-CAR certified or interested in earning certifications (we’ll fund them).
• Dependable with strong attendance and a collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Get

• Hourly pay: $28–55/hr based on experience.
• Bonuses for billed hours, attendance, and training.

• New alignment machine and ADAS being added to the bodyshop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $55.00 per hour
