Part-Time Delivery Driver
Location: New Orleans Metropolitan Area
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Time: 8:30 AM

For more than 120 years, Angelo Brocato's has been bringing handcrafted Italian desserts to families, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores throughout the Greater New Orleans area. From our famous gelato and Italian ice to cannoli and pastries, we've proudly delivered generations of sweet traditions across the city.
We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to help continue that tradition. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in your work, and want to represent one of New Orleans' most iconic family businesses, we'd love to have you on our team.
This position is more than making deliveries. You'll be an ambassador for the Angelo Brocato's brand, ensuring our products arrive on time, are properly rotated and stocked, and are beautifully presented for our customers to enjoy.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and organize delivery orders for the day's route.
- Safely transport frozen and ambient products to restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, and wholesale customers.
- Follow assigned delivery routes throughout New Orleans, Metairie, the Westbank, the Northshore, and surrounding areas.
- Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure freshness.
- Stock and organize displays so our products are clean, well presented, and showcased with pride.
- Verify deliveries, obtain signatures when required, and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain proper temperature control for frozen products during transport.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through friendly, professional service.
- Communicate delivery status, delays, customer concerns, or product issues with the team.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with warehouse organization and order preparation as needed.
- Represent Angelo Brocato's with professionalism and pride on every delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Class D driver's license (required).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable driving in both city and highway traffic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently throughout the day.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred.
