Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal instructions, active listening, and the ability to give constructive feedback.
- Training & Development and Training experience, with a demonstrated ability to onboard, coach, and upskill staff in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Instructional Design skills to create practical, role-specific training materials, checklists, and simple learning resources.
- Customer Service experience, preferably in food service, bakery, café, or restaurant settings, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service consistency.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and adapt training to different learning styles and shift schedules.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives at once.
- Familiarity with basic food safety, hygiene standards, and point-of-sale operations is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in training, education, hospitality, or a related field are a plus.
