We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to support our Franchise Operations Manager in driving operational excellence across our franchise network. This role works closely with franchise owners, store teams, and the Corporate team to ensure consistent execution, strong financial performance, and an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilitie
- sSupport daily operations across franchise locations
- .Train and coach franchise owners and management teams
- .Conduct operational audits and ensure brand standard compliance
- .Assist with new store openings, training, and launch support
- .Analyze KPIs, labor, food cost, and sales performance
- .Partner with franchisees to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- .Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations teams

Salary : $42,500 - $60,000
