QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
· High School Diploma.
· Three years’ work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in an office setting.
· Computer Skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel) and web browsers.
· Language Skills, including excellent English language skills and interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will report to the Associate Vice President of Student Services for job responsibilities and other College related activities as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Perform general administrative support duties for the office;
· Assist in creating a customer service-orientated environment through every interaction;
· Handle routine inquiries from faculty, staff, and students;
· Appropriately handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondences;
· Enter vendor invoices and related data for payment;
· Reconcile and maintain department budget information;
· Maintain the calendar and schedule meetings and appointments for the Associate VP of Student Services;
· Gather data and information for reports and special projects as delegated by the Associate VP of Student Services;
· Assist in planning special events;
· Serve as the backup to the Enrollment Management team and their recruiting/retaining efforts;
· Manage the check-out process for the marketing materials at AC;
· Assist in preparing materials for Enrollment Management Efforts;
· Assist in the management of Marketing Requests and execution of the requests;
· Assist with social media;
· Assist in updating the website; and
· Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, tactfulness, and ethics at all times.
CONTRACT & SALARY:
$14.00 per hour, in addition to excellent employee benefits. Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States must be verified for the successful candidate.
