Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with BCBAs and other team members. Daily tasks will include providing one-on-one support to clients, utilizing ABA techniques to promote positive behaviors, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of sessions. The role requires direct interaction with clients in various settings, such as homes, schools, and community environments.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- English proficiency is needed
- Background in Psychology
- Excellent observational and data collection skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental challenges is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
