Angeleno Group is looking for a Investor Relations/Marketing Analyst to join our team in this new role to support our day-to-day fundraising and investor communication efforts.
Desired Start Date: Immediate (full-time)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (on-site)
Key Characteristics:
- 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a marketing/investor relations support role, preferably at a private equity, venture capital or hedge fund.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including formal communications to institutional investors.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint and familiarity with CRM software: Advanced skills including with graphics in PowerPoint a plus.
Core Responsibilities:
- Fundraising and Marketing:
- Maintain and update the investor database and CRM system, with the ability to provide dashboard reports to the firm’s partners.
- Assist in the maintenance and creation of presentations and other marketing materials for fundraising efforts.
- Assist in preparing briefing materials for investor meetings and calls.
- Respond to investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Support the preparation of responses to investor questionnaires and due diligence requests (DDQs).
- Assist in the coordination of annual investor meetings and periodic firm events.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with investment, finance, and compliance teams to ensure consistency in messaging and data.
