Role Description
Angelcare Home Health Services is seeking a full-time Home Health Nurse position located in Solano County, CA. The Home Health Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessing health needs, administering medications and treatments, and creating individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Daily tasks include wound care management, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families about health conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to provide holistic care.
Qualifications
- Experience in Nursing and Medicine, with a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Expertise in Home Care and Patient Care, ensuring a high level of compassion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Wound Care, including wound assessment and treatment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various patient needs
- CPR certification and familiarity with healthcare compliance and safety practices
- Experience in senior care or home health settings is preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
