Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for every client
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and client safety
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to prolong lash wear
- Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, showcase transformations, and build loyalty
Skills
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and cosmetology certification
- Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized advice
- Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to lash extension procedures
- Familiarity with salon management software
- Ability to manage retail sales of lash care products and other beauty items effectively
- Experience with social media management for marketing and client engagement
- Additional skills such as hair extensions, body waxing, nail care, or makeup application are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of color theory, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is advantageous
