Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for both clients and visitors. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will be essential in ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and well-informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff and management
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed such as filing and data entry

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or receptionist is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary : $18 - $24
