Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff and management
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed such as filing and data entry
Qualifications:
