Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and face-to-face meetings with potential customers to promote our product.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Present product features, benefits, and technical details clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify individual and B2B prospects.
- Manage customer inquiries with exceptional service.
- Track sales activities, update CRM records accurately, and prepare reports on progress toward sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with maternity/baby industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce; experience with CRM management is highly preferred.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining organized records of all interactions.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies related to door-to-door sales and community outreach initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate oneself and others in a fast-paced environment.
