Driver Helper – Amazon Delivery Service Partner
Angel Delivery – DSP is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for dependable, enthusiastic, and hardworking Driver Helpers to join our team!
POSITION IS IN SWEDESBORO / LOGAN TOWNSHIP, NJ
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Full-Time Positions Available
Driver Helpers ride along with our delivery drivers on two-person routes and assist with delivering Amazon packages to customers. You will work as part of a team to help ensure packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
What You'll Do
- Ride with an Amazon delivery driver and assist with daily delivery routes.
- Help load, organize, carry, and deliver Amazon packages.
- Assist the driver with deliveries to homes, businesses, apartments, and other locations.
- Lift and carry packages throughout your shift.
- Get in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently.
- Walk, climb stairs, and remain physically active throughout the workday.
- Provide excellent customer service and help us deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Follow all safety procedures and company/Amazon delivery standards.
- Work cooperatively with your assigned driver as a two-person delivery team.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to repeatedly get in and out of a delivery van.
- Must be able to walk and climb stairs throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $19.00 per hour

Training
All Driver Helpers must complete required onboarding and in-person service qualification training before working on delivery routes.
- 1 day of paid training
- Training includes knowledge checks and a final exam
- Up to 3 attempts are permitted for the final exam
- Additional training and advancement opportunities may be available
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding position
- Must be able to work as part of a two-person delivery team
- Must successfully complete required Amazon onboarding and training
A valid driver's license is not required for the Driver Helper position.
Location
Routes originate from the Amazon Delivery Station in Swedesboro, NJ / Logan Township, NJ.

- Begin working as a Driver Helper once fully approved and trained
