Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common spaces with precision and care
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with established procedures
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks promptly and thoroughly
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
