After-School Teacher

Job Type: Part-time/Full- Time
Shifts Available: Morning (9/10 AM - 6 PM) | Afternoon (12 PM - 6 PM)
Pay Rate: $12 - $14 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with school-age children in a structured after-school program.
• Create a safe, positive, and enriching environment for students.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including arts, crafts, games, and learning exercises.
• Assist with homework and provide educational support.
• Ensure proper behavior management and resolve conflicts when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student progress and concerns.
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Able to do pick-ups/bus runs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Education preferred).
• Experience working with school-age children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Must pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
