Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service while handling parents and children.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Handle purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase revenue.
- Supervise daily store operations including cashiering, POS transactions, shift management, and customer interactions.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication skills.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
