Overview: The Dispatcher will be responsible for answering phone calls promptly while managing other office tasks as assigned. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, computer proficiency, and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player willing to support their colleagues and adjust to changing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service requests.
• Perform additional office tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
• Communicate clear and accurate instructions to drivers or field staff.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, including customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize dispatch software and communication systems to track personnel and asset status.
• Adapt to changing schedules and priorities as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dispatching preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and dispatch software.
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust to a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
