Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities, including dealerships, rental companies, fleet operators, and auctions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and proactive outreach
- Assess client needs and develop tailored logistics solutions to meet their transportation requirements
- Negotiate pricing, close high-value deals, and foster long-term client relationships
- Partner with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient vehicle deliveries
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or the automotive sector
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and manage client relationships effectively
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle logistics or the transportation industry is highly desirable
