About You:
· You have 5 years of experience in outbound sales, field sales, or full-cycle closing roles.
· You have a proven track record of success in new business acquisition and consistently meet or exceeding quotas.
· You are highly skilled in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
· You are confident engaging with business owners and decision-makers, both virtually and in person.
· You are self-motivated, competitive, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
· You are comfortable managing your own pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
· You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business.
· You will build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline through proactive outbound efforts and field prospecting.
· You will engage prospects through calls, emails, in-person meetings, and events to generate opportunities.
· You will conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and position tailored solutions.
· You will deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase value and drive decision-making.
· You will manage and advance opportunities through the pipeline with consistent follow-up.
· You will collaborate with marketing on inbound and marketing-qualified leads within your territory.
· You will represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and industry engagements.
What You Will Need:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
· 5 years of experience in outbound sales, field sales, or quota-carrying roles.
· Proven experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
· Strong experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with prospects.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
