We provide individual, group, and substance abuse counseling, and medication management to clients across New Mexico.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our clinical team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a developing clinic while working under the supervision of an LCSW Clinical Oversight Provider.
This role offers hybrid flexibility, including some telehealth and work-from-home opportunities, depending on the clinic’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, and group sessions (in-person and/or telehealth).
- Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress reviews.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR system.
- Participate in clinical supervision and case consultation.
- Support care coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration with medical and psychiatric providers.
- Uphold all ethical, HIPAA, and Medicaid documentation standards.
- Assist with crisis intervention and client care planning as needed.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LMSW license in the State of New Mexico (required)or equivalent for LMHC requirements.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience or interest in telehealth service delivery.
- Compassionate, professional, and adaptable in a growing clinic environment.
