Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, independent ARMHS Practitioner to provide rehabilitative mental health services to adults living with mental illness. This role supports clients in developing skills that help them live independently, manage symptoms, and work toward their personal recovery goals.

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one mental health rehabilitative services
- Meet clients in their homes, community settings, or office
- Teach coping skills, symptom management, life skills, and communication skills
- Build trusting, strengths-based relationships
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision
- Facilitate client groups
- Coordinate care with case managers, mental health providers, and community supports
- Use evidence-based practices (MI, ACT, DBT, IMR)
Requirements
Applicants must meet Minnesota’s Mental Health Practitioner criteria through one of the following:
Experience Path:
- 4,000 hours providing services to individuals with mental illness or SUD
— or —
- 2,000 hours weekly clinical supervision
Education Path:
- 30 semester/45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences and
- 2,000 hours experience, or
- Completed a qualifying practicum, or
- Currently completing a qualifying practicum
Graduate Degree Path:
- Master’s (or graduate degree) in behavioral sciences or related field
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license auto insurance
- Ability to pass DHS background check
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in the community

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
