Role Description
ANETIK is seeking a full-time Demand Planner to join our on-site team in San Clemente, CA. You will be responsible for demand forecasting, production planning, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer needs. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will analyze market trends, sales data, and historical patterns to develop accurate forecasts. Effective communication with supply chain, production, and sales teams is essential for driving streamlined operations and meeting company goals. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to delivering high-performing products with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting to accurately predict product needs and trends
- Proficiency in Production Planning and the ability to manage inventory effectively
- Deep understanding of AI tools that assist in this role
- Proficient in Netsuite
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate and coordinate with supply chain, production, and sales teams
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with demand planning software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
- Previous experience in outdoor or performance apparel/gear industries is an advantage
